Refund policy

We hope you love your order! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@agelifecare.com. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your purchase and before the order has shipped. For cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
You can return or exchange your purchase (excluding swimwear and underwear) within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all items in the package are intact! If they are not, the buyer will be responsible for any incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.

Before returning an item, please contact us at support@agelifecare.com to obtain an RMA Number. Returns without an RMA Number may be rejected. Once you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product back to us following their instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

Purchases Not Eligible for Return
Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item. In such cases, please email us a picture showing the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@agelifecare.com as soon as possible.
