Shipping policy
Delivery Process:
Processing your order usually takes about 1-2 business days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.
Order Status:
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also view your order status directly on your account page.
Shipping Charges:
Due to the impact of the pandemic, logistics costs have risen. To ensure a great shopping experience, customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates will only pay $9.90 for standard shipping (expected delivery in 7-13 business days) or $24.99 for expedited shipping (expected delivery in 4-7 business days).

During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date. Here are the expected shipping times for various international destinations:

- United States: 7-12 business days via USPS
- Canada: 8-13 business days via Canada Post
- EUROPE
- France: 8-13 business days via La Poste
- United Kingdom: 8-13 business days via Royal Mail
- Spain: 8-13 business days via Correos
- Sweden: 8-13 business days via Optidev
- Rest of European Union: 8-13 business days
- OCEANIA
- Australia: 6-8 business days via Fastway
- Rest of the World: 13-20 business days (may vary due to local infrastructure; please reach out for specifics)
Note:
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not from when you place your order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Address Error:
If you need to change your address, please contact customer service immediately before your order ships. Once items are shipped, we cannot change the address.
Shipping Delivery:
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away. Unfortunately, items marked as delivered cannot be refunded.

All delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by unpredictable factors such as weather, delivery carrier issues, customer errors, or holiday-related delays.
